2nd Management committee

All the members of Management committee gathered in a hall of a County Government, Flanatička street 29 in Pula.

Jasenka Kapuralin, Development Programme Manager from Azrri ltd. Pazin wished a warm welcome to a Management committee members, and the members are: General project manager, Jasenka Kapuralin from AZRRI - Agency for rural development of Istria ltd. Pazin, General project financial manager, Sanja Jurman from AZRRI - Agency for rural development of Istria ltd. Pazin, Project referent, Alessandro Favento from Vocational Training Centar “Opera Villaggio del fanciullo” and Project manager, Ivana Medić, from Tourist board of West Herzegovinian Canton.

Iris Pentek from Azrri ltd. Pazin gave a presentation entitled “Monitoring of the project activities”. Presentation talked about the project activities that are done until now, and the activities that are going to be done until the end of January 2012.

Neven Rimanić from Azrri ltd. Pazin presented a didactic kitchen on Gortanov Brijeg in a suburb of Pazin. Presentation was talking about the conditions of the building and he presented a preliminary design of the kitchen.
After presentations came a discussion about the kitchen and norms to be followed in a didactic kitchens.

Meeting with partners and associates

Meeting of partners and associates was attended by, except the representatives of AZRRI - Agency for Rural Development of Istria ltd. Pazin as a Lead Partner, representatives from schools associates; School of Tourism, Catering and Trade - Pula, represented by Ljiljana Radoš and Igor Černjul, School for professional education Eugen Kumičić - Rovinj, represented by Maria Orbanić and Sandra Kranjčić, Secondary school for tourism and catering “Anton Štifanić” - Poreč, represented by Vesna Baranašić, Stanislav Poropat and Sandra Vlačić and other partners and associates of the project; Tourist Board of West Herzegovinian Canton represented by Ivana Medić and Grgo Mikulić, Vocational Training Centre “Opera Villaggio del fanciullo” represented by Massimo Tierno and Alessandro Favento, Central Vocational Training School (SCF) represented by Giovanni Zonin and Francesca Drago, SCF - CEFAL represented by Lorena Sassi.

Lorena Sassi, responsible for International projects with Institutions from CEFAL gave an introduction and Francesca Drago from SCF presented the Mobility actions in a KEY Q project in accordance with WP 4 (Valorisation and qualification of the human resources and of the competences in the agro-food sector) and WP 5 (Valorisation and promotion of the territory through 3 typical products).
