Training for trainers specialist seminars will be held on 27/6/2013 at Casa Artusi, Forlimpopoli (FC) by Villlaggio del Fanciullo, in cooperation with Scuola Centrale Formazione, Ri.Di, CEFAL, Civiform and the social cooperative It2.

Topics of the specialistic seminars will be the qualification of:

2. cheese
3. meal

between tradition and innovation, taking into consideration emerging needs and requests from consumers.
