Second study visits for the training of trainers and students exchange

Cividale del Friuli (UD) - Italy - hosted the second mobility flow for both trainers and students in the catering sector from 7th to 11th April 2013.

The study visits included:

• cooking lessons about hand made pasta, meat cooking and traditional recipies with cheese. Students and trainers exchanged recipies between national groups. A specialistic seminar about Typical dishes from Carnia were also offered.
• a session dedicated to pizza preparation and cooking also.
• a visit to a local salumificio and brewery
• a meeting with the assessor of the Municipality of Cividale del Friuli for Youth Policies, Family, school services and Technology Innovation.
