Crossborder cookbook of traditional recipies with local typical food, in a modern and stylish presentation

The dishes presented in this cookbook are not the same dishes you would be served if you had visited Istria,

Friuli, Emilia-Romagna or Herzegovina 150 years ago. These dishes can be traced back into the tradition of these regions, but their preparation, the way of serving and decorating is done in a modern contemporary way. Food is a necessity and cooking is a trade but cooking is not only a trade that satis􀏐ies these need but also a form of art, and every form of art including its different styles and ways of presentation is adapted to the time when it is made.
